# 소유자 혜택

* 소유자는 초반 부스팅을 위해 시세에 비례하여 TW를 월세로 지급받습니다. (2년 반감기를 가지며 10년만에 사라집니다.)
* 지역, 단지 DAO가 되고, TW 스테이킹을 통해 민팅 수익을 나눠받을 수 있습니다. 
* 은행에서 담보 대출을 통해 TW를 받을 수 있습니다. 이자를 내지만 갭투자로 추가 수익을 냅니다.
* DAU가 일정 수준이상이면 광고 영역이 오픈됩니다. 이 영역은 다른 사용자에게 임대가 가능합니다.
